图书馆服务监督机制研究

摘    要:文章简要论述了我国关于图书馆服务监督的相关法律政策依据,指出我国公民对图书馆服务监督存在公民维权意识淡薄、制度性支持不足、监管力度较弱、监督渠道不畅等问题,提出从明确受理投诉和反馈责任、完善投诉方式、增强反馈处理能力、拓宽监督投诉主体、提高公民服务监督能力等方面来健全与完善图书馆服务监督机制.

Abstract:This article briefly expounds the legal basis of the supervision over the service work of the library, and points out the following deficiencies in this aspect : benumbing of people's consciousness of lawful protection, lack of effective and legal support, weak in supervision, short of free channels and being always blocked of the channels for complaints. It is highly necessary for the libraries to determine the commitment of the libraries, to open more free channels of supervision, to improve the ability of accepting and handling complaints and feedback, to raise the supervision consciousness of citizens so as to establish and perfect the supervision mechanism in the libraries.
