摘    要:文章根据2007年河北政法职业学院和河北铁路职业技术学院两所学校读者问卷调查数据,分析了当前高校图书馆用户在信息需求服务上具有对图书馆依赖性强、阅读兴趣广泛,但获取信息的意识和能力有待提高等特点,提出了加强高职图书馆文献信息资源建设,做好实体和数字文献载体的管理工作,大力开展读者培训教育,强化文献信息宣传导读以及实施传统和虚拟并重的参考咨询服务模式策略。

Abstract:Based on the questionnaires distributed to the readers of Hebei Professional College of Politics and Law Science and Hebei Professional College of Railroad Techniques, the article makes an analysis of the characteristics of the wide range of readers' interests and the dependency of the readers on the libraries, the author believes that the and abilities of readers to obtain information have to be raised. The article points out that libraries should strengthen the construction of information reso~ces in professional colleges, better the management work of carriers of digital documents, carry out the training education to the readers, intensify guidance to the readers in obtaining information resources, and lay equal stress on the mode of both traditional and virtual reference work.
