摘    要:文章采用模糊数学综合评判模型,以新生对入馆教育满意度为中心,通过问卷调查的形式,建立相应的评价指标体系,来测评高校图书馆新生人馆教育满意度,以期为入馆教育提供一种比较科学、可行的方法与模式.

Abstract:Based on the fuzzy theory, this paper aims at establishing an evaluation system to make assessment for the satisfaction of freshmen about the admission education by issuing questionnaire among the freshmen, and taking the indexes of satisfaction obtained from the freshmen as the center so as to establish a comparatively scientific and practical mode and method of the admission education.
