| 摘 要： | 文章在分析联合虚拟参考咨询中各成员馆之间、馆员之间、馆员与用户之间隐性知识转移障碍的基础上,应用博弈论对服务过程中知识转移行为进行了研究,最后从成员馆、馆员和用户三个方面提出相应的保障机制。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the barriers of tacit knowledge transfer among the member libraries, and of the relationships between the users and the librarians in collaborative virtual reference, this essay makes a research on the knowledge transfer with the game theory and proposes the corresponding guarantee mechanisms to be constructed. |
