| 摘 要： | 高校数字图书馆面对的是数以亿计的互联网用户。要有针对性地开展个性化服务,就得先了解用户的特征,因而建立用户个人数字档案并予以归纳研究,是极为必要的。通过建立、分析网络社会中数字图书馆用户群体的档案信息,可准确把握其需求特征及行为特征,作为改进服务的参考。

| Abstract: | As the university digital library is faced with hundreds of millions of Intemet users, learning the characteristics of the users is a must to carrying out the personalized service for the library. Thus it is extremely necessary for the library to establish personal digital profiles and to make subsequent inductive researches on the archival information of the users. Through the establishment and analysis of the archival information of users in the digital library under the environment of network, the digital library can grasp the demand and behavioral characteristics of the network users exactly so as to better the personalized service to network users. |
