| 摘 要： | 报纸和图书、期刊一样,是图书馆馆藏文献信息资源的重要组成部分.传统的报纸管理方法既不规范,也不便于读者对报纸的利用.创建Excel报纸数据库,利用Excel强大的求和、筛选、排序等功能进行统计分析、分类汇总、查询检索等,既能提高报纸管理的水平和工作效率,又能提高报纸的利用率.

| Abstract: | Newspapers constitute an important element of document resources in a library, just like books and journals. The traditional management method is neither standards, nor convenient to the readers. It can be found that the Excel Newspaper Database has its advantages in calculation, classification and retrieval of the documents. The high level of newspaper management, working efficiency and the high ratio of the utilization of the newspapers can also be achieved. |
