| Abstract: | As the first crucial step of bidding activity,bidding documents play an leading role in bid practice,which are regarded as the basis of commercial interaction between both parties in bidding practice.The author of this article expounds the basic requirements and tactics of the writing of the bidding documents of university library,and believes that bidding documents of university library should be rigorous,precise,practical and highly instructive. |
