高校图书馆员职业倦怠状况的成因分析

摘    要:文章采用问卷调查的方法对420名高校图书馆员的职业倦怠状况进行了调查,结果表明:(1)高校图书馆员职业倦怠比较严重,但其个人成就感较高;(2)助理馆员、馆员与副研究馆员的职业倦怠程度最高;(3)科级干部玩世不恭和成就感低维度最为严重;(4)个人收入感觉较高人群,其个人成就感最低。并从职业因素、个人因素和管理因素等方面深入分析图书馆员职业倦怠的成因。

Abstract:The author has distributed questionnaires to survey university librarians' job-burnout among 420 librarians in fourteen universities. The study indicates: (1) University librarians' job-burnout is serious, but their sense of achievements is high; (2) The job-burnout of ibrarian assistants, librarians and associate research librarians is the highest; (3) Office cadres are cynical and have low sense of achievements; (4) The crowd with high salary sensation always have the lowest sense of achievements. A penetrating analysis of the causes of the university librarian' s job-burnout is conducted from the occupational factors, personal factors, management factors etc.
