| 摘 要： | 图书馆作为公共文化空间的重要形式之一,已经成为公众生活中不可或缺的场所。文章对图书馆作为公共文化空间的内部要素和外部环境进行了SWOT分析,提出了图书馆构建公共文化空间的发展策略。
