| 摘 要： | 第三代移动通信技术的发展给人类未来生活带来巨大影响,也为＂以用户为中心＂的图书馆这类公众信息服务机构开展多种信息服务提供了良好机遇。文章对基于3G图书馆信息服务模式开展的必要性、可行性、服务内容,以及现有图书馆开展基于3G的图书馆信息服务存在的问题与发展趋势进行了探讨。
