| 摘 要： | 文章分析了以专利指标评价企业自主创新能力的可行性,指出专利指标能可靠、全面地评价企业自主创新能力,并基于现有的企业自主创新能力评价研究的现状,从自主创新过程角度,构建了由创新方向、创新效率和创新效果三个一级指标、专利趋势和专利效率等12个二级指标组成的评价企业自主创新能力的专利指标体系,对利用专利指标评价自主创新能力进行了初步探索。
