| Abstract: | This article sums up the statistical knots for constructing The Fact Database of the Ministry of Education,makes an analysis of the causes of the problems.The authors of this article hold that rigorous indexing system and detailed directions for filling in the form are the guarantee to better statistical work,and propose some suggestions to improve and perfect the statistical work. |
