| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高校图书馆引进的中，外学术数据库的调查。分析与研究，对美国几所高校图书馆对电子资源组织与揭示的调查，分析与研究，指出了学术数据库重新整合的必要性，对如何组重组，整合与揭示电子资源提出了个人的几点看法。
