| 摘 要： | 通过对图书馆内部沟通的几个主要影响因素进行分析,从个体、部门、组织三个层面入手,指出图书馆内部沟通的主要方式;从培育图书馆内部沟通机制、提供有效的沟通途径、建立完善的沟通体系、增强内部垂直沟通、设立内部诉求渠道等五个方面阐述图书馆内部沟通策略。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses major factors influencing the library’s internal communication,focuses on three aspects such as individuals,departments,organizations,and points out that it is viewed as the primary means of communication within the library.This paper elaborates internal communications strategy within the library from five areas： to foster communication mechanism within the library;provide an effective channel of communication;to establish improve the communication system;to enhance internal vertical to communication channels;and to set up an internal appeals channel. |
