| 摘 要： | 介绍国内图书馆学科馆员制度实践现状,探讨了学科馆员在任务职责、培养以及工作管理等方面存在的问题,提出学科馆员应该在图书馆文献资源建设方面起主导作用,研究生教育应该承担起学科馆员人才培养的主要责任,完善学科馆员工作管理是发挥其作用的必要途径.

| Abstract: | This paper makes an introduction to the present situation of the subject librarian system in China, probes into the tasks and responsibilities of the subject librarians and the existing problems in the cultivation and the management of personnel, lists the roles of the subject librarians in the construction of document resources. The author holds that the post-graduate education should take the responsibility of the cultivation of the subject librarians, and that to perfect the subject librarian system is necessarily the best channel to bring the work mode into full play. |
