| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在增强公共服务责任意识的同时,需要通过完善国家相关政策法律为其所提供的社会化服务提供法律依据。地方政府和公民根据高校图书馆社会化服务效果,给予一定的政策支持或成本补偿,保证高校图书馆社会化服务产生一定的社会回报,以促进高校图书馆社会化服务的持续开展,提高社会资源利用效益,满足公众文化需求。
