| 摘 要： | 科技报告作为科技文献信息资源中的一种重要文献类型,以其基础性累积资料成为重要的战略信息资源。科技报告制度是国家科技创新体系的重要支撑和基本保障条件。文章在分析国内外科技报告制度建设的经验与启示的基础上,针对安徽省科技报告制度的现状,探索构建了安徽省科技报告体系的框架与内容,提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Being an important type of document of scientific and technical information resources,science and technology report has become a vital strategic information resources based on cumulative data.The scientific and technical report system is an important support and a basic guarantee of the national science and technology innovation system.In view of the current situation of the science and technology report system of Anhui Province,this article makes an analysis of the experiences and revelations of the system construction home and abroad,explores the framework and content of the establishment of Anhui’s science and technology report system,and puts forward some suggestions to the construction of science and technology report system in the province of Anhui. |
