| 摘 要： | 在社会网络环境下,高校图书馆用户的信息行为发生了前所未有的改变,用户在利用信息中的障碍和权力能否得到解决和满足,是高校图书馆的信息服务面临的新的要求甚至是挑战。研究社会网络环境下用户信息行为的变化有助于促使高校图书馆信息服务导向的变革,对建立以用户为中心的信息服务模式具有突出的意义。
