| 摘 要： | 读者满意度在高校图书馆的管理和发展方面起着重要作用。文章引入熵权这一概念,介绍了熵权的数学特性以及计算步骤,并以某大学图书馆为例,结合熵权模糊综合评判测度方法,实证分析了该图书馆读者满意度,使评价结果更加客观、科学和合理。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of readers＇ satisfaction plays an important role in the management and development in university library. This paper makes an introduction to the concept of entropy weight, the mathematical properties of entropy weight and the concrete steps of the calculation. Taking a certain university library as an example, combining the methods of entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the readers＇ satisfaction of the library so as to make the evaluation results more objective, scientific and reasonable. |
