| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the fixed indexes in the assessment of the academic libraries with the background of learning society, the author holds that certain indexes in the assessment system carried out by the Educational Ministry are still open to question. Some suggestions to perfect the assessment system are also proposed in the article. |
