摘    要:只有转变服务观念,树立良好的特色服务品牌,图书馆服务才能富有活力和竞争力。文章阐述并探讨引入会员制,创建公共图书馆特色服务品牌作用与措施,提出了开展特色服务的若干途径。

Abstract:Only by changing the service conception and building up good characteristic service, can public library service be full of vitality and competing capability. This article expounds and probes into the effects and measures of introducing membership to form the characteristic service in public library and puts forward some channels to carry out the characteristic service.
