| 摘 要： | 图书馆员的职业价值体现于对他人和社会的意义,图书馆员通过观念、知识、能力的更新,在不断完善自我的同时推动着图书馆事业的发展.图书馆员的更新形式应是以"自我更新"为主,是否有较高的自我意识决定着更新目标能否实现.

| Abstract: | The professional value of librarians embodies significance to the other persons and the society.Only through the updating and upgrading of librarians in concept,knowledge and ability,can they perfect themselves and promote the library cause.The major form of updating and upgrading is the self-updating and self-upgrading.Whether the librarians have the consciousness of self-updating and upgrading or not determines the realization of their goals. |
