| 摘 要： | 文章以北京科技经济信息联合中心科技查新管理系统建设为例，分析了科技查新工作的管理特点和科技查新管理系统的功能，明晰了科技查新业务系统的数据管理流程、知识共享构建及情报服务增值方向，促进了科技查新工作信息化、知识化管理，对构建和开发良性发展和高效运作的科技查新管理系统具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The paper is based on the establishment of Novelty Search Management System （NSMS） in Beijing United Information Center of Science-Technology- Economy. The authors analyze the characteristics of work and the functions of NSMS. Data management process, the Knowledge Sharing Structure and the development direction of intelligence value-added services are also studied. It is not only to promote the information-based and better educated management for novelty search, but also to construct and develop highly profitable of NSMS. |
