| 摘 要： | 比尔郡BiblioTech数字图书馆是美国首座全数字公共图书馆，其使命是为比尔郡居民提供获取信息资源技术及其应用的机会，从而提升教育文化水平、促进阅读娱乐，以此为社区居民成为21世纪新公民助力。其资源类型包括电子书籍、漫画、杂志、有声读物、电影、视频等，涵盖范围广泛，浏览、检索功能齐全。本文对该图书馆的建设及现状进行了综合性的评析，包括项目背景、资源组织、服务特点、技术特征等，并给出了作者的评价与建议。

| Abstract: | BiblioTech Digital Library is the first al-digital public library in the United States. By providing al Bexar County residents the opportunity to access technology and its applications, the library aims to enhance education and literacy. Its col ection includes e-books, comics, magazines, audiobooks, movies and videos with a wide range for users＇ browsing and retrieval. The authors made an extensive review on the digital library＇s construction and current development, including project background, resources organization, service features and technological structures. Comments and suggestion were also given. |
