| 摘 要： | 小微型图书馆是图书馆领域中最基层的单元，随着科技的发展及环境持续而又充足的个性化需求，发展图书馆小型化将为图书馆事业发展提供一条创新思路。然而小微型图书馆由于内在天然的劣势（人力、财力）和失衡的外部挑战（政策、版权等）导致了一种保守、消极的发展态势。作者通过采用SWOT分析法中的AHP高级分析法建立综合评价模型，深入剖析了小微型图书馆发展优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，并对小微型图书馆借鉴互联网发展模式实现自我发展，利用自由软件合作实现双赢进行了探讨。 |

Evaluation Model of Small and Mini Libraries Based on the SWOT and AHP Analysis |

| Abstract: | The small mini-library is the most basic unit in the library field, which provides an innovative idea with the development of technology and environmental sustainability and adequate individual needs of the development of library miniaturization for the development of library. However, due to the inherent natural disadvantage （human, financial） and the imbalance in the external challenges （policy, copyright）, there is a conservative and negative development trend in the small mini-library. In this paper, development advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of a small mini-library are investigaled through the use of AHP and SWOT analysis, so that small mini-library can learn from the Intemet development model to achieve self-development, to use free software cooperation to acbieve win-win, and to focus on innovative services. |
