| 摘 要： | 文章通过文献资料研究与专家访谈相结合的方法，凝练归纳了美国专业图书馆协会推动开展竞争情报工作的4种做法：（1）成立推动竞争情报工作开展的专职组织机构——竞争情报部；（2）专职组织机构领导骨干以身作则开展竞争情报研究与服务；（3）通过“师傅带徒弟”计划项目培养竞争情报后备人才队伍；（4）善用现代信息技术工具交流推介促进会员竞争情报业务能力的共同提升。结语部分给出了美国专业图书馆协会推动开展竞争情报工作及其做法对我国专业图书馆群体在新形势下业务创新发展的启示。

| Abstract: | Using documentation research and interview comprehensively, four major ways that how Special Libraries Association （SLA） does in promoting competitive intelligence service are conclud. They are： （1） established a specialized agency - competitive intelligence division （CID）; （2） leaders and mainstay of competitive intelligence division play a leading role; （3） lay emphasis on training new hand for skilled professionals by implementing Mentoring Program; （4） strengthen continually its members on their competitive intelligence service abilities through exchanges by making good use of various infommtion technology. The enlightenment for special libraries world in China are given at the end. |
