| 摘 要： | 文章通过对开放存取运动的回顾和含义的分析，论述了开放存取过程中涉及到的相关利益方面，提出开放存取的关键是相关方面的“利益平衡”，而不是替代商业学术出版，为了充分发挥开放存取作用应当形成开放存取合力、打出开放存取期刊群和数据库的品牌。其中一种有效的途径就是在一定程度上引入商业运作机制，而不是将商业机构排斥在开放存取运动之外。该文为《数字图书馆论坛》2009年第11期本期话题“Open Access”的文章之一。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing history of open access publication, all parties involved in open access process are discussed. The principal purpose of open access is the balance of interests instead of replacement of commercial academic publishing. All parties should make the effort to contribute to open access and to create famous brands of open access journals and databases. Introducing commercial operation mechanism to a certain extent is an effective way. Commercial publishers should not be excluded from open access. |
