| Abstract: | The development of information technology and World Wide Web bring us the new era of mobile reading. Based on the new reading style of mobile reading, the paper enumerates the advantages of library conducting mobile reading services, and discusses the roles and location of library under the industrial chain of mobile reading, and puts forward to building the platform of mobile library, and expanding the service fimction of mobile library. Finally, the paper discusses the decisions of libraries under the mobile reading industry. |
