| 摘 要： | 手机图书馆是数字化环境下图书馆开展泛在服务的一种新型模式，具有潜在的应用价值。参文章试图对手机图书馆服务农村居民的必要性和可行性进行若干分析，最后拟建服务农村居民的手机图书馆系统并提出相关实施建议。

This paper attempts to discuss the necessity and feasibility of the concept of the mobile library service for rural residents, and finally build out Mobile library system for rural residents and make the implementation of the proposed. |
