| 摘 要： | 韩国科技信息研究院（KISTI）是韩国科技信息服务的领军者，多年来在科技信息开发与流通、情报信息分析、高性能研究网络建设、超级计算机基地构建等领域取得了令人瞩目的成绩，也积累了丰富的实践经验。笔者于2009年9月受邀访问了KISTI，文章即在此次访问所感基础上，阐述了KISTI的职能定位、组织架构、服务方式与服务内容，并对KISTI科技信息服务的特点与经验进行了总结。该文为《数字图书馆论坛》2009年第12期本期话题“各国科技信息机构纵览”的文章之一。

| Abstract: | The Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information （KISTI） is the leading organization of science and technology （S＆T） information services Korea. Over the years, KISTI has made remarkable achievements in the areas of S＆T information development and distribution, information analysis, building high- erformance research network, developing the supereomputers infrastructure, and KISTI has accumulated a wealth of valuable experience.The author was invited, to isit KISTI in September, 2009. Based on the results of this visit, the paper introduced KISTI＇ s functional position, organizational structure, service mode and service ontents, and summarized characteristics and experiences of the scientific and technical information services system in KISTI. |
