问答社区中询问回答的质量评价--基于百度知道与知乎的比较研究

摘    要:随着Web 2.0的发展和普及,问答社区已经成为人们获取信息的主要渠道。但问答社区用户的知识水平参差不齐及使用目的各异,使得问答社区中信息质量良莠不齐。文章建立了问答社区中询问回答的质量评价体系,选取样本统计数据,并设置打分标准对指标进行打分。评价结果显示两个问答社区的询问回答质量都是比较理想的,对比分析表明知乎询问回答质量优于百度知道。

Abstract:With the development and popularity of Web 2.0, Community of Question and Answering system (CQA) has become a major channel for people to gain information. However, since the CQA is fil ed with users of different knowledge level and they use CQA for different purposes, the information quality of the CQA is uneven. The paper establishes the quality evaluation system of answers in the CQA, selects sample statistics data and sets up grading standards for the indexes. The grading results show that the quality of answers in Zhihu and Baidu CQA is both relatively ideal. However, the comparative analysis of the two shows that the quality of the answers in the former are bet er than those of the lat er.
