| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术的发展对社会各个领域的渗透是深刻而广泛的，期刊网络化是期刊在互联网环境中演化的必然模式。期刊网络化以其大量的、不断更新的信息资源，方便快捷的交流平台，有效的互动空间等一系列现代化条件吸引了更多的用户，扩大了期刊的影响范围，也给高校图书馆的期刊类信息采集工作带来了一系列影响，这些影响又导致了高校图书馆期刊资源建设理念和策略的变化。参考文献6。

| Abstract: | The impacts of the development of modern information technology on every field in the society are deep and great. Journal networking is a necessary model in the development of journals under the internet environment. It attracts more and more users through its modern conditions such as large and constanfl updated information resources, easy and fast communication platform, effective inter- active space. Thus it enlarges the influential scope of the journal and at the same time affects the work of journal information collecting in academic library, which causes the changes of ideas and strategies of academic library in the construction of journal resources. 6 refs. |
