| 摘 要： | 政府信息资源和高校信息资源均是具有重大价值的国家资源,加速信息化社会以及全面小康社会建设进程,必须大力加强政府信息资源和高校信息资源的联合开发和利用,其基本思路和对策是加强政府和高校信息资源开发与利用的组织与领导;加快信息规范化、标准化、信息安全保障和信息共享政策体系建设;建立科学和完善的信息产业政策;加快基础数据库和信息管理系统建设;造就一支专业化、高素质的信息工作队伍等.参考文献5.

| Abstract: | Both government information resource and university information resource are national resources of great value. To speed up the construction progress of informationization society and comprehensive comparative prosperity, we must intensify the development and utilization of the government information resource and university information resource. The basic thought and countermeasures is to reinforce the government organization and leadership of the development and utiliproved information industrial policy, speed up the construction of basic databases and information management system and make a specialized and high quality information work troop and so on. |
