| 摘 要： | 长株潭城市群＂两型社会＂的建设离不开信息化。本地区高校图书馆作为科技信息资源的主要载体,也是＂两型社会＂建设所需各种科技信息的集结地和供应体。然而,高校图书馆现有的服务机制与日益增长的信息需求相矛盾,难以满足建设＂两型社会＂的需要。本文尝试分析了高校图书馆参与长株潭＂两型社会＂建设的优势及服务机制缺陷之处,提出创新服务机制的四条途径。参考文献4。

| Abstract: | The construction of ＂double——type society＂ of Chang-Zhu-Tan city group cannot realize without informatization.Not only are the main carriers of scientific and technological information resources,the academic libraries in this city group but also are the concentration localities and supplying organizations of the scientific and technological information for the construction need of ＂double-type society＂.Yet the present service mechanism of the academic libraries conflicts with the increasing information need and cannot satisfy the requirement of the construction of ＂double-type society＂.The advantages of the academic libraries for the construction of ＂double-type society＂ and their defects in the service mechanism have been analyzed in this paper and four approaches then been put forward for how to innovate the service mechanism.4 refs. |
