| 摘 要： | 随着电子期刊的成熟及用户对电子期刊访问的需要,高校图书馆选择和收藏期刊将以电子期刊为主。文章提出了目前电子期刊的存在形式,并进行了电子期刊的SWOT分析;综述了国外图书馆将电子期刊代替纸质期刊所用的一些方法,介绍了他们如何解决在替换过程中出现的问题;最后总结了国内图书馆选择和收藏电子期刊的策略。

| Abstract: | As the maturation of electronic journals and the users’ demand to access to electronic journals,the journals selection and collection for academic library will give priority to electronic journals.This paper puts forward the current existence form of electronic journals,gives SWOT analysis on the electronic journals,reviews the methods for foreign libraries to transmit paper journals to electronic journals,the solutions to the problems which appears in the course of replacement and at last summarizes the strategy for electronic journals selection and collection in domestic library.18 refs. |
