| 摘 要： | 文章剖析了当前我国高校图书馆评估体系的主要问题,指出高校图书馆必须尽快从对"量"的关注转变为对"质"的重视上来;探微了卓越绩效对高校图书馆评估的价值,尝试在高校图书馆评估中按"卓越绩效评价准则"导入卓越绩效评价模式,构建一种更加实用的高校图书馆卓越绩效评估体系,并培育起"崇尚质量、追求卓越"的高校图书馆质量文化和行业精神。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main problems in the current evaluation system of the academic libraries,points out that the libraries should shift the development priority from quantity to quality as quickly as possible,discussess the value of the performance excellence on the assessment of academic libraries,tries to introduce evaluation model of performance excellence guided by evaluation criteria for performance excellence in the evaluation of the academic libraries,constructs a more practical evaluation system of performance excellence for academic libraries and cultivates the quality culture and academic libraries industry spirit of "advocating quality,pursuing excellence". |
