| 摘 要： | 从当前高校图书馆年度考评制度入手,采用博弈分析的方法,对高校图书馆年度考评中几种可能的博弈作了一一分析,旨在找出高校图书馆现存考评制度存在的缺陷,重新设计出更为科学的考评制度框架,使主观人为因素对考评的负面影响降到最低。参考文献8。
