| Abstract: | Establishment and improvement of the information resources sharing safeguard system in academic libraries is the prerequisite for their information resources to be accumulated sustainably and shared efficiently. This paper elaborates the connotation of information resources sharing, analyzes the influential obstacles for the sharing of information resources in academic libraries and with considering the policies and regulations, organization and coordination, human resources, funding and the balance of interests, etc to build the academic libraries＇information resources sharing safeguard mechanisms in the hope of providing references to the study on the theory of academic libraries information resources sharing and their practical activities. 4 refs. |
