| 摘 要： | 通过统计我国“学科馆员”制度建设研究的发文量,分别从年度发文量、期刊发文量、作者发文量、机构发文量等方面分析它们的特点。通过观察理论与实践的现状,认为理论体系已基本成熟,今后应减少理论研究,加强制度实施;采用挂靠信息部的管理模式,发挥人才优势和提高服务效率;公共图书馆和科研院所更有必要建立学科馆员制。参考文献11。
