| 摘 要： | 对信息网络环境下的图书馆过程系统管理进行评价，有助于提升服务效率和管理效益，增强图书馆信息服务能力。文章论述了图书馆过程系统管理的含义，研究体系及管理模式，构建了相应的评价指标体系和评价模型，提出了具体的数据统计处理和信息分析反馈的实施方法。参考文献18。
