| 摘 要： | 加入WTO以后，为了适应全球知识产权保护标准的统一化趋势，根据《知识产权协定》(TRIPS)和《专利合作条约》(PCT)等国际公约的要求，我国对著作权法、商标法、专利法、计算机软件保护条例等知识产权法律制度进行了修改和完善。中国知识产权法律制度已基本与国际接轨，提高了知识产权的国际保护范围和保护力度，实现了与《知识产权协定》及其他国际公约的共同发展。参考文献7。

| Abstract: | After China entering WTO, in order to adapt to the t r end of the global intellectual property protection standard, according to the re quest of international convention TRIPS and PCT, our country has made revision a nd consummate on intellectual property legal system of Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law and protection regulation for computer software. Chinese legal s ystem of intellectual property has basically getting onto the international path . It improves the range and power of international protection. It fulfills the j oint-development together with TRIPS and other international conventions. 7ref s. |
