摘    要:结合当前绩效工资制度的实施,分析了目前高校图书馆绩效考评管理的现状和存在的问题,探讨了一些绩效考评的举措。指出绩效工资制度实施的基础是科学合理的考评制度,图书馆作为第三步实施绩效工资的对象,如何建立配套的考评制度,完善绩效考评标准与程序,增强考评结果的效度与信度,使考评管理不仅起到对员工已有成绩的肯定,更重要的是激励员工未来能更好的工作,真正体现绩效工资的激励价值。参考文献6。

Abstract:Combining the implementation of the current performance wage system, this paper analyzes the current situation and exsiting problems in the management of academic library performance evaluation, discusses some measures of performance evaluation and puts forward that the implementation basis of the performance wage system is the scientific and rational evaluation system. As the third step to implement the performance wage, the library should build a matching evaluation system, improve the standard and procedure of per- formance evaluation and strengthen the validity and reliability of the evaluation resuIts so that the evaluation management is able to affirm the achievements of the librarians and more importantly, incite the librarians to work harder in the future and truly embody the incitement value of the performance wage. 6 refs.
