| 摘 要： | 学科馆员与学科服务作为图书馆服务的一个新的重要领域，在我国已有12年的历史。文章阐述了学科馆员的概念与发展历程，概要总结了2001至2010年十年之间学科馆员与学科服务的发展成就、现状、存在的问题与对策。从中外比较可知我国学科馆员制度与服务还处于初级阶段，提出了促进未来学科馆员与学科服务发展的若干建议。参考文献37。
