| 摘 要： | 微信公众平台作为拥有庞大客户群体的成熟信息平台,是图书馆开展移动端信息服务的可靠选择。文章首先分析了图书馆类微信公众平台开展信息服务的现状,指出了在开展移动信息服务中存在的休眠平台较多,影响范围较小,互动较少等问题。最后结合一些成功微信平台的经验,提出了构建图书馆知识社群为目标的微信经营策略。

| Abstract: | Mobile internet has brought challenges and opportunities for libraries. WeChat public platform is a reliable choice for infor- mation service in library mobile terminal, because it is a sophisticated information platform for a huge pool of customers. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of mobile information service in library WeChat public platform. Then it points out the problems in the process of information services, such as too much sleep platform, smaller sphere of influence, and scarcity of interaction. Finally proposes a strategy of building the target of library knowledge community combining some successful platforms. |
