| 摘 要： | 本文从作者在中国电信信息中心的信息搜集工作经验入手,分析了面向用户的信息资源整合中的信息搜集的范围及其信息搜集过程中所面临的困难,通过比较各种信息搜集方法的优缺点之后,文章提出面向用户的信息资源整合中访谈与问卷调查有机结合的信息搜集方法.最后,文章还指出面向用户的信息资源整合中的信息整理的原则与方法.参考文献6.

| Abstract: | This article is attributed to the summary of my working experience in the Information Center of China Telecom. Through analyzing the range and the main difficulties in the information collection of useroriented integration, with the compare of the advantages and disadvantages of investigation face--to-- face and on paper, the integration of both methods is adopted in the process of information collection. Finally, this article points out the principles and methods in the information collection of information integration on the basis of user. 6 refs. |
