| 摘 要： | 针对高校图书馆绩效管理体系的构建，将软系统研究方法（SSM）和利益相关者理论相结合运用到高校图书馆绩效管理中，解决绩效管理在高校图书馆实施缺乏理论指导和执行力的问题，并提出绩效管理具体实施的关键步骤，为理论研究者和管理者提供借鉴。参考文献11。

| Abstract: | This article directs at the construction of university library performance management system by combining the Software System Method （SSM） with stakeholder theory, aiming to solve the problem for the lack of theoretical direction and actual effect.
