| Abstract: | Open Access Publishing is considered as the new model of scholarly publishing in the network age, this paper compares the difference between traditional scholarly publishing and Open Access Publishing from such aspects as the publishing flow, the pay model, the copyright issues and so on, analyzes the advantage of Open Access Publishing and introduces the specific strategy to realize Open Access Publishing for traditional scholarly publishers. 7 refs. |
