| Abstract: | Library information service plays a critical role in scientific and technological innovation system of universities and network environment brings chances and challenges for univrsity library development. This paper discusses the new model of information service of scientific and technological innovation in universities from five aspects, including changing service eoneepts, innovating service ways, improving service technologies, deepening and expanding service contents and upgrading the personnel management of information services. 8 refs. |
