| 摘 要： | 当前,我国贫困地区和发达地区在图书馆事业发展方面呈现显著的不均衡现象。在国家加快构建现代公共文化服务体系和实施"精准扶贫""文化扶贫"战略的大背景下,探讨贫困地区图书馆的责任担当及发展路径具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。贫困地区的图书馆应当在使命、价值、责任三个方面明确其社会担当,并在宣传服务理念、匡助经济发展及完善图书馆设施、效能、数字化方面开展路径探寻。参考文献21。

| Abstract: | At present,there is a significant uneven phenomenon with increasingly obvious gap existing in the development of librarianship in our country between poor areas and developed areas.Based on the background of building public cultural service system of modern country and implementing the strategy of"precision poverty alleviation"and"cultural poverty alleviation",it is significant to discuss the responsibility and development path of libraries in the poor areas.This paper explains the social duty of the libraries in poor areas in the aspects of mission,values,responsibility,and looks for development paths at promoting service concept,boosting the economic development and perfecting facility,efficiency and digitization. |
