| 摘 要： | 我国高校图书馆制度与大学生读者权利冲突主要表现为：不准在馆内吃东西;不准穿拖鞋者入馆;不得抢占座位和喧哗;因读者身份不同而规定的借阅权限;借书逾期罚款、丢书加倍赔偿;常量采编与大学生读者大量需求某类书刊的矛盾等6个方面。这些冲突的原因是以管理者为中心,将＂重藏轻用＂思想根植在制度之中。文章指出要以图书馆的核心价值来修正高校图书馆制度中的不合理规定,为制度变革注入公平、自由、宽容、民主与服务等人文精神。
